BLR Limits Privacy Policy

What We Collect

BLR Limits collects anonymous usage data to help us understand how the app is used and to improve it. This includes:

• Flight input data you enter, such as airport codes (e.g. LHR, JFK), report times, number of sectors, and block times
• Feature interactions, such as which screens you visit, buttons you tap, and settings you change
• Device information collected automatically by our analytics providers, such as device model, operating system version, and approximate location (city/country, derived from your IP address)

This data is not linked to your identity. No account or login is required to use the app. Your device is identified only by a vendor identifier that resets if you reinstall the app.

Flag Reports

If you flag a calculation as incorrect, your flight inputs, the calculated limits, the audit trail, and any comment you provide are sent to our server. This data is used solely to investigate and fix calculation errors.

Data Stored on Your Device

Flight inputs, calculation history, favourite routes, and preferences (such as notification settings) are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to process analytics data:

• Google Firebase Analytics
• Mixpanel

These services may collect additional technical data as described in their respective privacy policies.

What We Do Not Collect

• Personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number
• Precise GPS location
• Contacts, photos, or other device data

If you contact us for support, we will receive your email address and any information you choose to include. This is used only to respond to your request.
